Video Release and Consent Form.

1. Grant of Rights

I hereby authorize Jesus Does, Inc. ("JesusDoes") the right and permission to copyright, publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use my name, voice, likeness, and submitted content in video, photographs, written materials, audio recordings, and audio-visual recordings in any medium now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose.

2. Distribution and Partner Use

I understand and agree that my submitted content may be distributed through multiple channels, including but not limited to: the JesusDoes website (jesusdoes.org and jesusdoes.com); partner organization websites, including churches, nonprofits, ministries, and businesses that participate in the JesusDoes platform; video hosting platforms such as YouTube; social media platforms; podcast episodes and audio recordings; embeddable widgets and players on third-party websites; and print or digital promotional materials.

I acknowledge that partner organizations affiliated with JesusDoes may display my content on their own platforms as part of their participation in the JesusDoes network. JesusDoes will make reasonable efforts to ensure distribution aligns with the distribution context I selected at the time of submission (e.g., public, organization-only, or private), but I understand that once content is shared publicly, JesusDoes cannot guarantee complete control over further redistribution by third parties.

3. Editing and Derivative Works

I understand that my content may be edited, transcribed, excerpted, captioned, translated, or combined with other materials. I also understand that JesusDoes may create derivative works from my content, including but not limited to: written transcriptions, highlight compilations, promotional excerpts, and thematic collections.

4. AI Processing and Analysis

I understand and consent to the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process my submitted content. This may include automated transcription of video and audio content, analysis of themes, topics, and sentiment within my testimony, categorization and tagging for discovery and search purposes, and other forms of content enrichment designed to help viewers find and engage with testimonies. AI-generated analysis will be used to improve the platform experience and will not alter the substance of my testimony.

5. Follow-Up Communications

By providing my contact information (email address, phone number, or both), I consent to receive follow-up communications from JesusDoes related to my submission. These communications may include check-in messages asking for updates on my story, invitations to share additional testimonies, information about JesusDoes programs and initiatives, and podcast appearance invitations (if I separately consent to podcast use).

I understand that I may opt out of follow-up communications at any time by contacting pete@jesusdoes.org or by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in any email communication.

6. Prayer Request Response

If I submit a prayer request ("Jesus Please" testimony), I understand and consent that JesusDoes may share my request with affiliated churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations for the purpose of prayer support and, where appropriate, offers of connection and assistance. Any ministry response will come through organizational channels, not from unaffiliated individuals. I understand that prayer request sharing is limited to ministry partners who have registered with the JesusDoes platform and agreed to its response guidelines.

I acknowledge that submitting a prayer request is not a substitute for professional help. If I am in crisis, I should contact emergency services (911) or a crisis helpline.

7. Ownership and License

I hereby grant Jesus Does, Inc. and its employees, agents, licensees, successors, and authorized third-party partner organizations a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right and permission to use, copyright, publish, sell, distribute, and promote my submitted video, photographs, audio, and related content.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

I understand that sharing personal testimony involves inherent risks, including but not limited to public exposure, unwanted attention, or emotional impact. I take full responsibility for my involvement and the content I submit, and I release Jesus Does, Inc. from any claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever in connection with the use of my content as described in this form.

9. Removal Requests

I may request removal of my content from the JesusDoes platform at any time by contacting pete@jesusdoes.org. JesusDoes will make reasonable efforts to remove the content from platforms under its direct control. I understand that content previously distributed to third-party platforms or partner organizations may not be fully retrievable, and that removal from the JesusDoes platform does not guarantee removal from all locations where the content may have been shared.

10. Age and Capacity

I hereby certify that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and am competent to enter into this agreement. If I am under eighteen years of age, my parent or legal guardian has read this document and has given their consent by checking the applicable box on the submission form.

11. Acknowledgment

By checking the box on the submission form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand this Video Release and Consent Form and agree to be bound by its terms. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing my content as described above.
