1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the websites jesusdoes.org, jesusdoes.com, and any associated applications or services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Jesus Does, Inc. (“JesusDoes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may revise these terms at any time; your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
2. Description of Service
JesusDoes is a video testimony platform that collects, connects, and surfaces stories of faith. The platform allows individuals to submit video testimonies, which may be shared with partner organizations, displayed on public and private channels, and used in media productions including podcasts. The platform also facilitates follow-up communications, prayer request routing to ministry partners, and organizational reporting on testimony activity.
3. Restrictions on Use and Ownership
All content, pages, and materials within the Site are the property of Jesus Does, Inc. and/or its licensors. We grant you a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use (except as provided through the inherent functionality of the platform). If you breach these Terms, your authorization to use the Site terminates immediately.
The contents of the Site, including text, images, audio, and video, are copyrighted and may not be distributed, modified, reproduced, or used without prior written consent from JesusDoes, except for personal, non-commercial use with all proprietary notices intact.
You may not use automated systems (e.g., robots, spiders) to access the Site. You agree not to collect personally identifiable information of other users or to sell or otherwise exploit that information.
4. Registration and Accounts
Certain features of the Site may require registration and creation of an account. By registering, you represent that you are able to enter into contracts and that your registration information is current, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
JesusDoes may accept or reject registrations and may revoke accounts at any time, with or without cause.
5. Your Content
Any content you submit through the Site, including videos, images, audio, text, comments, and other materials (“Your Content”), will be treated in accordance with our Video Release and Consent Form and this Terms of Service.
You grant JesusDoes and its affiliates, partner organizations, and authorized distributors a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, create derivative works of, perform, and otherwise use Your Content on the Site, on partner platforms, on video hosting services such as YouTube, and elsewhere for our mission-related and business purposes in all media now known or later developed.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and grant the licenses provided above. You are solely responsible for Your Content.
6. Testimony-Specific Provisions
Distribution Contexts. When submitting a testimony, you may be asked to select a distribution context (e.g., public, organization-only, small group, or private). JesusDoes will make reasonable efforts to distribute your testimony in accordance with your selection. However, once content is shared beyond the JesusDoes platform, we cannot guarantee control over further redistribution by third parties.
Prayer Requests. If you submit a prayer request (“Jesus Please” testimony), it may be shared with registered ministry partners for prayer support and offers of connection. Prayer requests are not help tickets or service requests. JesusDoes facilitates connection but does not guarantee any particular outcome or response.
Follow-Up Communications. By submitting a testimony, you agree to receive follow-up communications from JesusDoes related to your submission, including check-in emails and invitations to share updates. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting [email protected].
AI Processing. Submitted content may be processed using artificial intelligence technologies, including transcription, thematic analysis, and categorization. AI processing is used to improve the platform and does not alter the substance of your testimony.
Partner Organizations. Testimonies submitted through organization-specific campaigns may be shared with and displayed by those organizations on their own platforms. Organizations participating in the JesusDoes network agree to our partner terms, including restrictions on how testimony content may be used.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to: upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights of others; transmit viruses or other harmful code; harvest user information; interfere with or disrupt the Site or connected networks; or transmit unsolicited commercial communications. We may remove content that violates these terms and may suspend or terminate your access.
8. Copyright Infringement Notices
As provided in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, our designated agent for notification of potential copyright infringement is:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display content from third-party services. JesusDoes is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
Video testimonies shared on the Site reflect the views and experiences of the individuals who submitted them. JesusDoes does not verify, endorse, or adopt the statements made in user-submitted testimonies.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. JesusDoes DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JesusDoes AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jesus Does, Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Video Release and Consent Form, and any additional terms you agree to when using specific Site features, constitute the entire agreement between you and JesusDoes regarding the Site.
